The Brisbane Institute aims to be Queensland's premier forum for innovative information, ideas and solutions for business, government and the community. 

"Since its formation in 1999, The Brisbane Institute has, in accordance with its charter, developed as a generator of ideas and a facilitator of discussion. A feature of the Institute is its emerging status as a key driver of intellectual exchange between policy makers and practitioners in industry, commerce, government, academic institutions and the wider community, both in Australia and internationally."
